3. API & Embed Widget Attribution Rules

Our embed widgets and public JSON/CSV endpoints are provided as a public service subject to strict attribution terms:

• Any third-party website or application utilizing our public API or displaying our embed widget must include an unobstructed, readable hyperlink to https://waterlakelevel.com/.
• You may not remove or obscure the "Data by WaterLakeLevel" link within the embed iframe.

4. Governing Law & Operator Location

WaterLakeLevel is owned and operated by Keshav Chouhan, based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.

These Terms of Service and any disputes arising out of or related to the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Madhya Pradesh, India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
